I am a registered nurse and a pilot. I have been flying with handicapped adults and seniors for the past 22 years. We assist them door-to-door, but only when the middle includes an airplane of some sort. We use commercial flights, private planes, and charter planes...depending on the ability and the wishes of the family/traveler.
