Bringing 23 years of primary care clinical experience to a new concierge practice on the North Shore, I am proud to have joined True Health in September 2025. I am dedicated to delivering personalized, comprehensive care to adults at every stage of life, guided by an empathetic and holistic approach.

At True Health, I am part of a dynamic, collaborative team that includes primary care and endocrine physicians, health coaches, a registered dietitian, mental health clinicians, and physical therapists—allowing us to address the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.

I live in Northbrook with my two golden retrievers. I am also the proud parent of two daughters, ages 21 and 23, who are pursuing careers in business and supply chain management, and veterinary medicine, respectively.
